I launched Leucadia Talent to do things differently. I don’t do transactional recruiting. At my core, I’m energized and driven by building relationships.

I consult, coach, and influence the hiring process with empathy, curiosity, and conviction. Recruiting too often feels chaotic, misaligned, and disconnected from culture. Leucadia was created to flip the script and to make hiring flow. Strategic, human, and high-signal. Where skills and culture click into place.

Before founding Leucadia Talent, I spent years recruiting for VC-backed unicorn startups and post-IPO teams. I also served as an in-house recruiter at two startups. My focus has been across the full Software Development Life Cycle. From CTOs to founding engineers, EMs, and product-minded ICs, I’ve helped place the builders who turn ideas into reality.

Not only do I bring recruiting experience, but coaching fluency too. With executive coaching certifications from Novus Global and The Table Group.

If you were to ask my friends and colleagues to describe me, they'd say I am: loyal, empathetic, passionate, sometimes compulsive, creative, and trustworthy. I love emotional intelligence and work at it daily.

When I’m not working with unicorn startups, enterprise teams, and high signal candidates, you’ll find me hanging out with my girlfriend, going to dinner with friends, and on weekends, I’ll most likely be on the golf course or watching the Chargers play football.

I believe recruiting should be a partnership, not a transaction. When it clicks, it creates momentum for your team and your hires. Small tweaks shift the dynamic from chasing candidates to attracting them.
