Before founding Leucadia Talent, I spent years recruiting for VC-backed unicorn startups and post-IPO teams. I also served as an in-house recruiter at two startups. My focus has been across the full Software Development Life Cycle. From CTOs to founding engineers, EMs, and product-minded ICs, I’ve helped place the builders who turn ideas into reality.
If you were to ask my friends and colleagues to describe me, they'd say I am: loyal, empathetic, passionate, sometimes compulsive, creative, and trustworthy. I love emotional intelligence and work at it daily.
